WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK MY WEDDING BEAUTY SERVICES?
The sooner, the better! We like to give my clients the time and attention they need to achieve their dream look. Our availability is limited (especially on weekends). We encourage you to get in touch as soon as you have your wedding date reserved.
GROUP BOOKINGS
We a small team of hair stylists and makeup artists who regularly work in tandems. We work efficiently in group booking situations, and strive to make sure everyone, including in-laws and special guests feel included. We can cater for bridal parties of up to 20 in 1-2 locations on your wedding day.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
To secure your booking, we require an electronically signed contract along with a deposit. The remaining balance can be settled via bank transfer 10 days before the wedding or paid in cash on the day of the event.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SERVICES AFTER BOOKING?
You can always add services to your contract. However, since we book artists in advance, you cannot remove services from the contract. We suggest confirming with your guests before adding any services.
WHEN is best to do MY TRIAL?
We recommend you to schedule the preview 'anytime' before your wedding day, or at your upcoming trip to Paris. We also can combine your trial with any other event of photoshoot you plan to have: we want you to take everything possible from this appointment. Trials meant to meet your artist personally, discuss details and see your feelings about this artist(s) to be around you.
Can i book just a trial before deciding to commit?
Yes, you can. Trials, like any other appointment, can be purchased separately. To book your trial, we require payment in full at the time of booking. We only book trials after confirming that the wedding date is available, and we will hold the wedding date for 7 days after the trial so you can make your decision. Please note, the payment for the trial is not refundable if you decide not to book the wedding day.
I am a destination bride and won’t have time for a trial.
That’s absolutely fine! We’ll work on perfecting your look using our bridal questionnaire to understand your style preferences. Additionally, we can discuss all the details through emails or Zoom calls. If you’re planning any pre-wedding events, we can schedule your trial the day before the wedding - this is a great opportunity to get ready for the event as well. We’ll simply allow some extra time to make any adjustments if needed.
HOW SHOULD I PREP FOR MY BRIDAL TRIAL?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide you with all the details to help you get the most out of your trial. Gather any accessories you plan to wear, and if you have ideas, bring them along! Whether it’s a look-book, Pinterest boards, or photos, anything that showcases your vision is incredibly helpful. For a realistic preview, wear a shirt that matches your gown’s color, and arrive with a clean, makeup-free face - leave the glam to us!
WHAT DOES THE WEDDING DAY/EVENT SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE, AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING IT?
We handle this process with care, tailoring each wedding and event individually. After finilizing and approving your wedding day schedule with your planner and photographer, based on that we will design a seamless beauty timeline for you and each member of your party. This ensures that everyone is ready on time and looks their best for the big day.
Do you recommend hair extensions?
We do recommend hair extensions for added volume and length, depending on your desired style. While we don't provide hair extensions ourselves, we can recommend high-quality brands such as Bellami, Luxy Hair, and Foxy Locks. It's best to consult with your hairdresser to determine the right type and the most important - colour for your needs. Hair extensions needs to blend seamlessly with your actual hair colour and texture.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR HAIR OR MAKEUP ON THE WEDDING DAY?
ARE LASHES INCLUDED?
Absolutely! Lashes are always included for event and bridal makeup.
For clients with lash extensions, we offer the option to fill in any gaps caused by natural lash loss or to enhance the look with additional individual lashes for a more dramatic effect. For those who don’t wear or want lashes, we provide small, lightweight options that make a noticeable difference - trust us on this!
Please note, there will be no price reduction if lashes are declined.
Do you work with destination weddings?
Yes, we do! We typically arrive 1-2 days before the event and are happy to provide services for any additional events you may have. Feel free to share your specific requirements - every wedding is unique, and we tailor our approach to suit all your beauty needs.
HOW IS A TRAVEL FEE DETERMINED?
I need an early start for my session.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE LOGISTICS FOR DESTINATION PROJECTS?
We don’t want to add any extra stress, as we understand that planning a destination event is challenging. We will handle all logistical and planning details. You will receive a final quote that includes the total price for travel, accommodation, taxis and transportation costs, food, etc for all the team travelling. .
For brides who wish to manage the logistics themselves, we are flexible and will accommodate your choice. We can provide a guide outlining our security rules for destination projects, which we will gladly share with you. Don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.
